The Power of Sound touches us on all levels from the physiological to the emotional, mental and Spiritual levels. Sound is vibration, we are vibration, and sound therefore has the capacity to lift us, calm us and nourish us when it used for self healing.

When we sing we are not just receiving sound, we are making the sound, the vibrations created are felt viscerally through the entire body at a cellular level. We are ultimately reprogramming our cellular memory to be in a state of harmony.

Voice Medicine is ultimately self healing through unlocking our own voices. It is about discovering that which is limiting our self expression, and working to overcome the inner judgement, criticism and all of the old stories that tell us we don’t deserve to be heard.

In this 30 day program, Hayley Saraswati will guide us through establishing daily exercises to find our vocal freedom, and ultimately discovering the medicine of our own unique sound.

What to Expect:

This course is designed to be a 4-week journey to expand your vocal freedom through daily practices of vocal techniques and spontaneous expression exercises.

Each week, there will be explanatory videos (less than 30-90 minutes per week) to guide us through all of the practices we will be exploring.

We will establish a Daily Practice following along to recorded audios, that will commence at a commitment of 35 minutes per practice, and build towards 55 minutes per practice in the last week of the program. We recommend doing your best to commit to one month of daily practice for maximum benefit.

You will experience a total transformation of your relationship to your voice, a huge improvement in vocal quality, a larger capacity in your vocal range, and most of all; an increased state of harmony that will emanate into all of the aspects of your life.

You will be accompanied by the vibrant Sound Ceremony family to guide, support and carry you on your journey.
